These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between Slice Girls Tennis Club ("the Club") and individuals opting into our subscription packages. By enrolling in a package, you agree to adhere to the following terms:

 

Discounts and Benefits:

• Participants in the bundle package will enjoy discounts off individual sessions, priority waitlist placement, and discounted merchandise.

• Exclusive off-court events and discounted clinic tickets are additional perks.

 

SGTC Packages:

• There are two options available: a 4-pack and 8-pack session packages.

 

Booking and Scheduling:

 

• Booking Process: Participants should book lessons via their member portal.

• Lesson Slot Allocation: Lesson slots are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Slice Girls Tennis Club reserves the right to modify lesson schedules with advance notice.

 

Lesson Duration

 

• Standard Duration: Each lesson within the bundle package has a standard duration of one hour or an hour and 30 minutes depending on the number of attendees.

 

Subscription Commitment

Upon the purchase of any of our packages, you are committing to a 3-month subscription period, during which you will be charged every month up until the third month from your initial purchase date. It is up to the participant to renew their membership or purchase another package via our website or membership portal. This commitment ensures a seamless and uninterrupted flow of lessons and exclusive benefits for the entirety of the subscription period.

• Three-Month Duration:

  • Enrollment in a bundle package requires payment of the specified fee associated with the selected package. Your subscription commitment lasts for a period of three months from the date of your initial purchase.

• Payments for bundle packages are due in full at the time of enrollment.

• SGTC packages are valid and renewed for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. Participants will have access to the specified number of sessions offered in their chosen bundle package on a monthly basis. This amendment clarifies that participants can utilize the allotted sessions each month throughout the three-month commitment period.

Unused Lessons:

• Any unused lessons or benefits after the expiration date will be forfeited 3 months after following the end of their subscription.

 

Changes to Terms:

• Slice Girls Tennis Club reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with advance notice.

 

Communication:

• Slice Girls Tennis Club may communicate important updates or information to participants via the primary contact details provided during enrollment.

 

Legal Considerations:

• Participants acknowledge and agree that Slice Girls Tennis Club complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

Penalties:

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the lesson for that particular day.

 

Refunds and Transfers:

 

Refund Policy:

• The SGTC package is non-refundable after purchase.

 

Transferability:

• Lessons within the package are non-transferable to others unless you have subscribed to the 8-session package.

 

Participant Requirements:

 

Code of Conduct 

• Participants are expected to adhere to the club's code of conduct during lessons.

 

Medical Conditions:

• Participants should inform the coach of any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect their participation.

 

Penalties:

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the lesson for that particular day.

 

Coach Assignment:

 

Assignment Process:

• While we will make every effort to assign the same coach for each lesson, coach assignments may vary based on availability.

 

Guarantee: 

• There is no guarantee of the same coach for each lesson.

 

Weather Conditions:

 

Inclement Weather:

• In the event of inclement weather, lessons may be rescheduled or canceled at the discretion of the club.
